This project is based on the idea that New York should continue growing incrementally - as it always has - and on the notion that this is the time for public space to occupy the iconic value of the city skyline.
The two towers are characterized by a triangular lattice structure wrapping upwards towards the memorial gardens at the crowns.

ニューヨークはこれからも着実に成長し続け、いつかマンハッタンのスカイラインは公共的な場としてその姿が特徴づけられるのではないかというコンセプトからこのプロジェクトはスタートしている。
タワーを三角形のフレームで構成し、それぞれのタワーの最上階にはメモリアル・ガーデンを配置している。
