１．バイオリニスト五嶋みどりさんとのキャラバン / Caravan with Violinist, Midori Goto

これまでに1000セットを超える間仕切りの設置を行って来ましたが、多くの避難所への訪問を繰り返すなかで、ただ間仕切りを設置するだけではなく、ストレスの溜まる生活を少しでも和らげるような活動も必要だと感じてきました。
そこで、世界的に活躍されているヴァイオリン奏者である五嶋みどりさんと一緒に避難所へ訪れ、被災者の方々へ向けた演奏会を開催しました。

We have invited Ms. Midori Goto to our caravan and holding a small concert for the evacuees in Big Palette Fukushima.

２．間伐材テーブル / Table of Thinned Wood

坂本龍一氏が進める森を守る財団「More Trees」とルイ・ヴィトン ジャパンの協力で、森の間伐材を使いテーブルをつくり避難所や仮設住宅に寄付する計画です。このテーブルは間伐材の天板と紙管の脚の組み合わせで低いちゃぶ台にも高いテーブルにも使えるようになっています。
（坂本龍一氏にはVANに対し全面的な支援していただいております。）

We are developing a table made of forest thinning with the Support of Mr.Ryuichi Sakamoto's "MoreTrees"organization and Louis Vuitton Japan. We will donate these tables to evacuation facilities and temporary housings. The table changes its height from traditional low table "Cyabu-Dai" to high tables with the combination of paper tubes.
